You think about nothing else. You eat, sleep, and breathe business leading up to its official launch. And once it arrives, you stare at the thing you created in awe and amazement. Yes, birthing a business is indeed like having a baby. I used to joke about the similarities before I actually had children, but then once I joined that [true parenting] crowd, I felt the trials, the milestones, the victories...and the eventual confidence that only comes with time and not the number of books you read, all mostly aligned with the two types of 'parenthood' being compared.
